During the season of Epiphany which begins January 6 and ends on February 17, we traditionally focus on the life of Jesus. The word "epiphany" comes from a Greek word that means "to show." Jesus showed himself to be God's son. How can we show ourselves to be God's children?
It has long been a tradition to ask God to bless our homes during Epiphany season. We ask God to show up in our homes and in each person who lives in our homes. Over the next few weeks, Pastor Joanna, Pastor Erik, and Britany would like to visit and bless your home and chalk your door. We would meet you at your door, respect 6 feet of distance, and pray over you and your home.
Let's bring in this new year with prayer and an offering of our homes to the Holy Spirit's work.
