Welcome to
The advent labyrinth
how to walk a labyrinth
A labyrinth is not a maze
There is only one way in and one way out.
Before you begin, set an intention or question for your walk.
“In what way do I need to grow most this season?”
“Whom do I need to forgive?”
“What is blocking me from living a full life?”
“How is my spiritual health? Mental health? Emotional health?”
Follow the path
As you concentrate on your steps,
let the world and your worries fall away.
Please walk carefully as there are tree roots
and a few cords on our lawn.
When you reach the center, pause and breathe deeply.
Take as much time as you need.
Walk back out when you are ready.
